Jamaat-e-Islami ameer Qazi Hussain Ahmad has asked the masses to come out with black flags to block the passage of vehicles
Jamaat-e-Islami ameer Qazi Hussain Ahmad has asked the masses to come out with black flags to block the passage of vehicles taking supplies to US and Nato forces by traveling inside Pakistani territory for three days.
He was addressing a large public meeting at Qissa Khwani Bazar, Peshawar, at the conclusion of a long march against US attacks on Pakistan and military operation in Fata, and to mobilize people to cut off US supply line through Pakistan on Thursday evening, says a message received at Mansoorah. The JI provincial ameer Sirajul Haq, General Secretary Shabbir Ahmad Khan, naib ameer Haroon Rasheed and others also addressed on the occasion. Earlier, large number of people gathered from all over the province at Hashtnagri and marched upto Khyber Bazar via Suri Pul, raising loud slogans against US attacks, shameful silence of Pakistani rulers and military operation in tribal areas.
Qazi Hussain Ahmad said he was not inciting people to take up arms against those bombing and killing Pashtuns, but demanding the masses to stop the US supply vehicles by black flags in a democratic manner. He alleged that US had made Afghanistan a center of conspiracies against Muslims and Pakistan. He alleged that 26 Indian consulates set up in Afghanistan along Pakistani border after the fall of Taliban were sponsoring terrorism and subversion in Pakistani territory.
Qazi alleged that Zardari-Gillani-Hoti governments have become a front line ally of US against their own people, and added that PPP and ANP leadership are enemies of Pashtun people. He recalled that these people were friends with Soviet Union when it was killing Pashtuns and are now a frontline ally of US in the same mission.
He said tribal people are forced to consider US and Pakistani forces the same since both of them have been bombing and killing them simultaneously. He said on one hand US is killing innocent tribal people from the western side while on the other the Pakistani army is killing the same innocent people like enemies from the eastern side in the of do more. He said media has been kept away from the damage done in Fata and Swat that is why actual details of the destruction and death toll have not come out to the public. He said as a result of army operation in Fata millions of people have become refugees and lying under the open sky in extremely cold weather without any help and relief supply from the government.
He said Nawaz Sharif's statement proved that present rulers made a deal with Gen Musharraf for coming out clean from the corruption of billions of rupees, and it was the reason Musharraf and Washington not only cleaned them of corruption but also gave them the power. He said such rulers do not deserve to rule and represent Pakistani nation. He said JI will prove in Buner's by elections that people will elect JI candidates despite using millions of US dollars by ANP. He said ANP got a chance only because of JI's boycott but they have become exposed before the nation in less than one year.

Who Educates Who?
I can list my objections to modern education:
1) The term “education” is used incorrectly in terms of both its definition and its goals.

The assessment by veteran Israeli human-rights and political campaigner Uri Avnery of the recent Israel-Turkey diplomatic and political row - that "the relationship between Turkey and Israel will probably return to normal, if not to its former degree of warmth" - seems sensible and daring.
